Set up my appointment by phone with a pleasant person. Arrived and was greeted at service counter. Service was done, complimentary car wash (very nice), and a sales person sat in the vehicle and answered a few questions I had about the infotainment system. I didn’t purchase the truck from them but will be back!

Oil change and tire rotation: Noticed on my hour drive home that tire pressure monitor had not been reset/relearned. Today, 3 days later I checked ACTUAL air pressure and found that while tires were indeed rotated, tire pressure was not changed. Did that myself this morning. Disappointed.

Oil change & windshield washer issue. 2 hours plus.Much too long. Service dept seemed bewildered as how to approach problem. First quoted a figure of $245 labor to replace part, then discovered job was a warranty item.

Atwater replaced the transmission in our 2019 Suburban. Had to have it towed in on 9/22/25 and didn’t get it back until 10/8/25. Kind of a long time without a vehicle. We were never offered a car to use during this time. This is the 3rd used vehicle we have bought from Brandl/Atwater. A little disappointing customer service.

The tonneau cover was installed perfectly in a timely fashion. The biggest reason for my 5 star satisfaction was because the floor mats I ordered were the wrong color. The service advisor knowing about the color of the interior of my new truck knew that these floor mats wouldn't really match. What he does next was the best part. He knows that I drove an hour and fifteen minutes this morning for this appointment. He then goes to the back and finds the correct color that would work in my truck and sends me on my way! He didn't have to do what he did, but because of what he did made my day. That is what I call excellent customer service, and excellent service is never forgotten.

Experience for oil change was as expected, however after receiving a regular vehicle email from GM with the stats a few weeks back (they recommended 30k service), I went on your website and scheduled the 30k service. I did add a note that I was not sure if oil change was included, but I want it done. When checking in I had to sign a form about the service that was recommended by GM that I wasn’t getting done, I said “that is why I am here” and was told they did not have time. The guy checking me in told me “read the manual if I want to know what needs to be done”. I have never had an experience that a dealership is not wanting to do the recommended service. I generally do not look at the paperwork, but needing to find another GM dealer to do the work, I looked through it and noticed the tire pressure was set to 35 PSI, that is not true - HD truck, so I know would not believe anything else on the inspection report.

Gary was terrific. He was very personal in attending to solving my symptoms and problems. He is the reason I keep coming back to Atwater. I will not know if the tranny fluid drain and fill and tire balance will solve my problems until a couple hundred miles has passed. It didn't on the way home. So we will wait and see what happens.

Your service team is so friendly and helpful. I had a 1 pm appointment and called to see if there was an earlier opening, and they said they were sorry they had a full schedule. I said if anything opens up, give me a call, and I'll be there asap. At 9:29 am, the team called and said they had an opening and that I should head over. I asked them how long the service would take, and they said about two hours. I returned after 1 hour and 55 minutes, and my truck was pulling into the lot as I walked in the door. I have had issues with a check engine light. You cleared it in Dec. at no charge. and said that another appt. would be needed to analize. Came in 1/8/ 2026 and you checked several codes (look at my invoice), cleared the check engine again. I paid $114.80. Now the check engine light is back on. Clearly, Chevrolet has some kind of issue here. Let me know what is next?? Thanks, Mark Rekucki 612-747-4374

We had a little confusion as to which bay to park in. But everything went great. I love the man in the body shop so kind and understanding. The service department was very hard working. Everything with my buying experience was excellent from Sales with Cole to Blake that normally handles the used car finance. The only thing that needs work in my opinion was detailing. The spot on the seat wasn’t cleaned, the inside was wiped down but smeared, the oil change gauge wasn’t reset, and the window washer had to be filled. Thankfully Cole went above and beyond and took care of the spot and window washer fluid and reset the oil change gauge before I took possession of my vehicle.
